About Us
School with tradition
We have been educating for over 100 years, having contributed to the education of several generations of students. A past that fills us with pride and a tradition based on affection, smiles and academic rigour. We maintain this valuable heritage combined with a permanent adaptation to reality.
Our educational project
We offer an Educational Project that promotes knowing more and better, learning to do, to live together and to be. We favour contact with nature, the promotion of play and being active, creativity and the autonomy of our children.
Uniqueness
Just a stone’s throw from the sea and a green park, we promote out-of-doors learning wherever possible.
We have a playground re-qualified based on the children’s interests, a sensory room for the nursery, a pedagogical garden and we continue to develop projects aimed at increasing the curricular experience.
Educational Offer
Nursery
We provide contact with different experiences and multiple means of stimulation (visual, auditory and kinaesthetic), favouring a global perspective on teaching in nursery and pre-school (multiple intelligences – Howard Gardner).
Pre-School Kindergarten
Physical education, musical expression, daily contact with the English language and frequent contact with multimedia technologies, as well as plastic and dramatic expressions, are vehicles for communication and enriching the child’s learning.
Elementary School
The child who begins the adventure of elementary school is always guided by the constant presence of a teacher with whom they establish a unique and singular relationship. During these four years, the cultural richness of the Portuguese language is explored and the mastery of mathematical language is developed, as well as all the processes, contents, reasoning and attitudes that a strategy based on problem-solving implies.

Monday to Tuesday: 9 to 11am and 3.30 to 5.30pm
Thursday to Friday: 9 to 11am and 3.30 to 5.30pm
School:
From 7.30am to 7pm
Open all year round (except 2nd fortnight of August)
